Group Strength Training Classes
Each class is a 45-minute, full-body strength session designed to be time-efficient and effective. With a small group format (up to 10 people), you'll get the energy of training with others along with personalised attention.
The workouts follow a fun, circuit-style format, featuring varied exercises, different themes, and great music to keep things fresh and engaging.
Classes are inclusive and welcoming to all fitness levels, with a diverse mix of ages and abilities that create a supportive, friendly environment.

Health Coaching
15 minute, short yet extremely effective health coaching calls are available within packages.
​
The calls will be dictated by you and your goals, health is a broad topic and you can literally delve into any aspect you wish - whether that's linked to your exercise, your diet, your mental health, sleep etc.
​
After the call, you will receive a summary podcast to sum up what you have learnt as well as to add in some extra education to further your understanding.

Why Strength Training is important?
Why Health Coaching is important?
Strength training is so important to our long term health. As we age we naturally loose muscle mass and therefore building muscle will help us to slow the decline of aging. With this comes the ability to remain independent: sitting and standing, walking up and down stairs with good balance, carrying heavy shopping etc.

As well as long term benefits you will also see short term benefits. Better movement, more energy, reduced tightness, pain and injury etc.
The four pillars of health: movement, stress, sleep, and nutrition, are all equally important. While strength training plays a key role in the movement pillar, it’s just one piece of the bigger picture when it comes to your overall health.

To help you make progress across all four pillars, I offer health coaching. Because the truth is, strength training alone isn’t enough to help you reach your goals. Real progress comes from addressing your whole lifestyle.
