Henry Smith - Train With Henry

Hi, I’m Henry - the coach behind Train With Henry.

​

I run friendly, structured group fitness classes at Epsom Cricket Club designed to help everyday people build strength, confidence, and long-term health.

​

I started coaching when both of my granddads lost their independence. Seeing what that did to them, and how much pressure it put on my parents, really stuck with me. It made me realise how important it is to stay strong and capable for as long as possible, especially in later life when independence and freedom matter most.

​

That experience is what led me to my goal today: to help as many people as possible improve their health, so they can stay active, independent, and enjoy the years ahead without unnecessary limitations.

​

My focus isn’t on extreme fitness or quick fixes, it’s on helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life. Whether you’re completely new to exercise, getting back into it, or just want a supportive community to train with, the sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

I wanted to create something that feels welcoming, social, and sustainable — because fitness should support your life, not take it over.
