Refund Policy

At Train With Henry, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and maintain class availability for all clients, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Class Cancellations by Clients

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to be eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • No-shows (missing a class without notice) are non-refundable.

2. Multi-Class Passes and Memberships

  • Class passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In cases of long-term illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer extensions or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

3. Cancellations by Train With Henry

  • If a class is cancelled by us (due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule.

  • We aim to provide as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation.

4. Special Considerations

  • If you have a medical condition or accessibility need that impacts your attendance, we encourage open communication. We’ll do our best to offer a fair and flexible solution.
